Coming from a background in electronics and computing, I developed a keen interest in cooking all types of foods at an early age. For those that know me, know that I am always trying to improve on the making of any recipe. About three years ago I became interested in the “Science” of chocolate making and then progressed to hand crafting my own Chocolate Bonbons. I find the process of Chocolate making and the creation of different color combinations and fillings an enjoyable, enlightening and most importantly a highly gratifying experience. Family commitments allow me to allocate 3 nights a week to the making of chocolates. All my Bonbons are made by hand and time does limit the number of chocolates that I can make. Hopefully what I produce on a weekly basis will satisfy the requirements of my online shop. However, if you know ahead of time – give me one week’s notice – and I can make sure that your needs are looked after.

For Chocolatier’s around the world that share in the passion of Chocolate making, they too will agree that the art of hand crafting chocolates is an exact and often a highly labor-intensive endeavor. A good final product is always the result of creativity, patience, persistence and most importantly temperature! All the Chocolate that I use in the making of my Chocolate Bonbons and the fillings that accompany them are of the highest quality Dark Couverture, Milk Couverture or White chocolate. High quality ingredients used with care and respect will always increase the likelihood of delivering a great Chocolate experience!
